How do I cancel my VIP subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions to manage or cancel. Your benefits remain active until the current period ends.

Will I lose my training data?
All training data is stored in the cloud and won't be lost if you switch devices. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently erased.

What languages are supported?
Benbi currently supports Simplified Chinese and English. You can switch in Me → Settings → Language.
